.1 Buy a suit. This is surprisingly all you really need to do. They seem to somehow be impressed with this one. There seems to be some preference to what suit you wear. It seems that the more expensive one you wear the better. There does seem to be some difference in the definition of suit. It seems that some of the suits seem to prefer an actual suit, but many have different definitions of suit.
To some, the definition of suit will mean ripped jeans and a teeshirt. The exact style will require some research on your part (since I don't really care to know myself). To others suit actually means a suit.
The best way to determine what will actually work is to observe them in their own environment. It is recommended that you observe them from a distance especially if you wish to actually suck up to them.
.2 Learn their language. On the whole their language is known as Corpspeak. There are many variations on Corpspeak. You can get a basic introduction on Corpspeak by Googling (to google is a word in Corpspeak, but it has also passed into the general population) the word Corpspeak. Apparently to google you do not need to actually use Google, but you may use any general search engine.
Their language is actually very simple (I think simple has similar roots as the word simian), but they seem to want you to believe that it is quite advanced. I believe the basic rule to Corpspeak is to use nouns as verbs. You will need to observe their speaking patterns to see which words they value to most.
.3 Do not let them know that you are or that you think you are smarter than them. The suits seem to resent this. They don't realized you are smarter than them. They even think they are smarter than you.
Make sure that you observe the suits from a distance. They can be dangerous if they think that they are being observed. If you appear to be one of them you can get in close and observe them, but be careful because they can smell your fear. You must also be wary because you can get sucked in and become a suit yourself.
If you learn their ways you will be able to properly suck up to them. It is sometimes the only way to survive in their world.
